Summer Sizzle which made its debute last year is back this year but at a bigger location. Promoted by shocking Vibes Promotions, Summer Sizzle will be held on August 22 at the James Bond Beach.
According to sources close to the event, BET 106 and Park host Free will be hosting the event.
The theme for Summer Sizzle 2K4 is dancehall, hip hop, oldies, soca and cultural. "All genres of music will be compact into one," Patrick Roberts from Shocking Vibes told this column last week.
R&B singer Keith Sweat, Admiral Tibet, New York-based singer Eamon who burnt up the charts with the hit I Don't Want You Back, Timbaland, Tyrese, Mario Winans (who topped the charts recently with I Don't Wanna Know), Admiral Tibet, Beenie Man, Baby Cham, Assassin, John Holt, Admiral Bailey and Alton Ellis are among those on the line-up.
