Reggae artist Sean Paul (tickets | music), currently riding high on the charts with the first single off his latest album, is set to embark on the first leg of the U.S. portion of his world tour. The Jamaican-born Paul will kick off his tour with a Nov. 21 show in Anaheim, CA, the first of 10 dates currently confirmed through the remainder of the year, with additional U.S. shows yet to be announced. This will be Paul's first U.S. concert tour since 2002, when he was backing his "Dutty Rock" album. Paul is currently finishing up a European tour. Paul's most recent studio set, "The Trinity," was released in September. The album sold more than 107,000 copies in its first week, a figure certified by the RIAA as the best ever initial week performance by a reggae artist. "We Be Burnin'," the first single off "The Trinity," recently hit No. 6 on Billboard's Hot 100. A second single from the album, "Temperature," is set to hit radio stations in early December.
