Eva Gallego-Forman, Director/Owner of EGF BELIZEAN PRODUCTIONS of Los Angeles, California is a veteran in the pageant industry. She was recently given the opportunity by Ms. Emma Boiton, Pageant Organizer of the Queen of the Bay Belize Pageant located in country of Belize, to host a Miss Queen of the Bay California Pageant to take place in Los Angeles, California.
Due to the short time for this year’s queen participation, we were approve to hand select and designate a delegate to represent Queen of the Bay California 2008/2009 at the 10th of September, 2008 celebrations being held in Belize City, Belize.
We have made our selection for this year’s representative by naming: eighteen year old Natasha Nicole Acosta. Natasha was born on October 14th, 1989 in the Los Angeles, California area, to the proud parents of Mario and Rose Acosta, who are proud Belizeans. Natasha works as an Assistant Manager for a retail store in California. She is currently attending Cal State Los Angeles where she majors in Nursing.
Natasha is very family orientated and enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include dancing, singing, swimming, reading and watching movies. She has been involved in Peer Counseling Programs and likes helping teens with any type of issues. Her involvement in the Belizean Community is widespread and this is due mainly to her immediate family being promoters of different types of festivals and events. This is where she gets to showcase her culture and talent. She is open for learning new things about her heritage, and is proud to be of Belizean decent.
We want to thank Ms. Emma Boiton, Pageant Organizer for Queen of the Bay Belize Pageant and Belize City for this wonderful opportunity. A heartfelt thank you and gratitude goes out to our sponsors who are all Belizeans as well.
Our major sponsor is Adamari Empire, a rapidly growing entertainment company ran by CEO Solomon “Flexxus” Joseph, whose contributions help immensely with tickets, hotel accommodations and transportation.
