The 22nd Annual JazzReggaeFestival at UCLA, a Weekend of Peace, Love, and Music, is rapidly approaching Memorial Day Weekend, May 25th and 26th. The student-run festival attracts over 30,000 attendees annually and features some of the most prominent artists around the world, an international food, arts, and crafts fair, and the warm LA sun, creating an experience like none other. We are pleased to announce that this year's festival features The Roots, Stephen Marley, John Densmore from The Doors with Tribaljazz, Capleton, Mr. Vegas, Immortal Technique, Alaine, Amos Lee, Selena Serrano, MC Commander, and Dr. Lonnie Smith.
We are also pleased to announce our continued efforts to make this a sustainable event. This year’s festival will host a fully solar-powered second stage to highlight local talent, an LED screen, as well as a bio-diesel powered main stage. In addition, we are incorporating our theme of “A Weekend of Peace, Love and, Music” into the festival by featuring short "edutaining" videos on the LED screen, an on-site art gallery, booth space for non-profits and student-organizations, and interactive educational games and crafts for children.
Advance Tickets $25, Day of Event Tickets $35, Two day Pass $45, First 2000 UCLA students free
Tickets will be available May 1st at ticketmaster.com and UCLA’s Central Ticketing Office at 310-825-2101
